The mission of Atonement Lutheran Church is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ – birth, life, death, resurrection and ascension. This is a shared ministry of staff and laity. We are a community that provides time and space for worship, learning and administration of the sacraments. We witness by reaching out with God’s love. We accept responsibility for ministry to the spiritual and physical needs of our congregation, community and people of the world.
Living in God’s Love ~ Reaching Out with Hope |

Join us for great worship this summer season. Our 8 AM service is beautiful with traditional Lutheran liturgy. We are blessed with great musicians and Pastor Chris' beautiful voice.
Our 10:30 AM worship praises the Lord with the Praise Team and a more informal worship style. Still Lutheran - just a little different.
Sunday, May 20th is our last day of Sunday School, Adult Education, and Donuts & Discussion. We'll take a break for the summer and start up again when school starts at the end of the summer.
In the meantime, join us for worship & some fun summer opportunities!

Come one, come all! Our first mid-week monthly traditional service began this week, and we started off very well! We enjoyed a nice lasagna luncheon with good food & fellowship!
Our next service is Wednesday, June 13th at 11:00 AM! It's a new monthly traditional service for anyone who wishes to worship mid-week. A luncheon follows the service. Please sign-up in the narthex if you plan to join us for lunch. See you there! |

DANDELIONS! No matter how carefully I try to pull one up, I never get the whole thing. The root stays deep in the ground, threatening to grow up and blossom again.
But despite their bad reputation, dandelions are pretty little flowers with their yellow strands all tucked neatly into the center. And truly they are the most beautiful of all flowers when presented clutched in a child’s dirty little hand. No one gets yelled at for picking them. Perhaps they grow only to be used and enjoyed by children.
